Job Description
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Manager with Identity Auditing environment experience. This role is hands on and more technical in nature. This is full time possible. You work 100% in CST time zone in USA) . In this role as a Software Quality Assurance Manager you will act as a technical functional manager, providing guidance on technical testing strategies and mentor team members.
Responsibilities For a Software Quality Assurance Manager
- Routinely communicate status (progress, tasks, problems encountered and time remaining to complete) to the team and stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical functional manager, providing guidance on technical testing strategies and mentor team members.
- Develop team’s knowledge of quality assurance best practices
- Improve automation test case coverage
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing quality in a compliance related field (identity auditing)
- 8+ years of extending standardized test framework in python and testing web applications with Selenium
- 5+ years of experience testing mobile applications, REST API Testing and CI/CD experience
- Experience developing SMART goals
- Experience managing distributed team with offshore talent
- Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB)
- Experience with leading and participating in QE automation architecture and design discussions
- Experience developing standards for testing framework (including keyword driven, data driven, coding standards, naming standards)
- Experience with JIRA for tracking user stories and defects
- Ability to work cross-functionally with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
- BS/BA in related technical field (or equivalent)
