As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with developers, administrators, and project managers to ensure efficient Salesforce implementations that align with business goals.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stake holders to identify pain points, gather and functional/technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Salesforce Configuration: Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports to meet business needs.
Data Management & Migration: Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Integration Support: Work with development teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications
Training & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption.
Testing & UAT Support: Perform system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and reporting.
Hands-on experience: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ , Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience and other Salesforce products.
Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Documentation: Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and suggest improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Copado environments is a plus.
