𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-led company
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies & Scrum framework
✔️ Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
✔️ Certification in Scrum (CSM/PSM) is a plus
