*Role Overview:*
As the SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our SEO strategy. You will manage a team of SEO professionals and work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and meet business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
✅Develop and lead the overall SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, off-page).
✅Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and analysts.
✅Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
✅Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices.
✅Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
✅Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
Identify growth opportunities and ensure ROI on all SEO initiatives.
✅Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
*Required Qualifications:*
⏪2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
⏩Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
⏪Experience with technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema markup, etc.).
⏪Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
⏪Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
⏪Experience working cross-functionally with dev and content teams.
⏪Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
▶️Experience in international/multilingual SEO.
▶️Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
▶️Previous experience in [industry/vertical, if relevant].
▶️Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
