🛠 Key Requirements:
4–5 years of hands-on backend development experience
Strong expertise in Node.js & Python
Practical experience with Web3 & Blockchain technologies
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS (deployment & scaling)
Proven work on scalable, high-performance systems
Familiarity with Cursor AI or other AI-assisted development tools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and clean coding practices
