Job Description
Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for
- Obtaining understanding and generating product knowledge of the business processes through meetings with multiple clients
- Drafting User Stories and develop high level information models to drive the product development
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Work with UX designers to translate user stories and information model into UX design
- Design complete business processes for the owned modules. Work with QA team to test the relevant modules “as built”
- Liaison with client’s management and communication of relevant matters to personnel at appropriate level of responsibility
- Demonstrate understanding of key principles related to software project and product life cycle and data/databases
- Promote conducive work environment and build cordial relations with client and team members
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- BS/MS in CS,SE,CE or any relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
