Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current business processes (as-is) and design future processes (to-be), identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform in-depth requirements analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, ensuring the most critical goals are addressed first.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and system integration.
• Document, communicate, and present business requirements, technical specifications, and solutions to clients, cross-functional teams, and management.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to share insights, findings, and proposed solutions.
• Effectively communicate strategies, solutions architecture, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Collaborate closely with clients and managerial staff to ensure solutions meet business needs, integrate with existing systems, and align with organizational goals.
• Work with technical teams to design and validate the architecture of proposed solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Assist in the design of IT systems, with a focus on integrating business solutions, enhancing automation, and improving the overall IT architecture.
• Support in identifying and mitigating technical risks and contribute to the development of long-term IT roadmaps.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the Banking Industry.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and IT advancements.
• Ability to lead initiatives, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in solutions architecture, system integration, and collaborating with technical teams to design and implement scalable business solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
• Ability to assess both business and technical requirements and ensure they align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
