🔍 What We're Looking For:
✅ 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
✅ Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
✅ Proven experience managing end-to-end projects using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
✅ Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process optimization
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
✅ Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
- Lead and manage full project lifecycles – from planning and execution to delivery and closure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business needs
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to maintain alignment and transparency
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and handle change requests proactively
- Prepare documentation including business cases, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios
- Support testing activities and validate deliverables against requirements through UAT
- Track and report KPIs, project status, and key milestones to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing existing processes and recommending enhancements
