🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive (B2B & B2C)
📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)
🕘 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💼 Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Baron Tech is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive who understands B2B & B2C sales, lead generation, and client acquisition across LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and direct channels.

This is a core growth role with strong ownership, competitive compensation, and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
– Generate qualified B2B & B2C leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and direct outreach
– Handle client communication, discovery calls, and proposal coordination
– Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term clients
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Work closely with the CEO and delivery teams to close deals
– Maintain CRM records and follow structured sales processes

Requirements
– Proven experience in B2B & B2C Business Development
– Strong command of LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, and email marketing
– Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
– Goal-driven, confident, and professional personality
– Experience selling IT services / software / digital solutions preferred
