SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (MEDICAL BILLING)
Progressive Resource Group is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support our growing medical billing operations.
📍 Location: Jail Road, Gulberg, Lahore (Onsite)
🕔 Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
💰 Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and expand business within the medical billing industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Manage, mentor, and guide a small team to maximize performance and efficiency.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
Requirements:
3–5 years of business development experience in medical billing.
Proven ability to handle sales independently while managing a team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with night shift timings (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
