🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Design and implement tailored Cloud Architecture solutions based on client requirements.
Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual servers and services across Azure, AWS, GCP, and O365.
Administer and optimize O365, Intune, and SharePoint Online for enterprise environments.
Manage Microsoft Exchange Servers and perform migrations (Exchange, Google Workspace → O365).
Migrate file servers to SharePoint Online and support services like Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
Implement and manage Intune policies for device management and security compliance.
Monitor infrastructure performance, apply updates/patches, and ensure system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated cloud-related tickets (L1/L2 support).
Collaborate with Microsoft Support for escalations.
Manage and optimize cloud licensing for clients.
Document configurations, environments, and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
🎓 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 5+ years of proven expertise in cloud infrastructure, O365, Intune, and SharePoint.
