Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the overall content strategy for our SaaS products.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality content: blogs, landing pages, emails, case studies, and product collateral.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor messaging.
Collaborate with product, marketing, SEO, and design teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Optimize content for SEO and conversion, using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Manage and mentor junior content writers (if applicable).
Track content performance and improve based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
4+ years of content writing experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of SEO, content funnels, and user journey.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Nice to Have:
Leadership experience or interest in leading a small content team.
Familiarity with CRM, automation tools, or technical writing.
