As the Senior Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that connect us with our customers, partners, and prospects across the tech industry.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies that target North American audiences, focusing on paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and optimize strategies to ensure the best ROI.
- Content Amplification: Collaborate with content creators to distribute impactful stories, whitepapers, case studies, and videos that resonate with our audience.
- Innovation Focus: Experiment with new trends, tools, and platforms to ensure Axelliant stays ahead in the ever-changing digital landscape.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Ownership: Lead Axelliant’s digital marketing initiatives, from high-level strategy to the nitty-gritty details.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Tech Marketing: 2–3 years of proven experience working in the tech sector, with a focus on the North American market.
- Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Metrics, dashboards, and KPIs excite you. You don’t just track performance—you improve it.
- Creative and Analytical Balance: You’re as comfortable brainstorming fresh ideas as you are optimizing campaigns based on data.
- Adaptability: Ability to work seamlessly across time zones, especially Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- A Love for Storytelling: You understand that technology is great, but the story behind it is what connects with people.
- Bonus Skills:
- Photography, video editing, and graphic design experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is not mandatory but highly desirable.
