ScaleMax Digital is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and achieve business objectives.
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers and the marketing team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
✅ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and other digital campaigns.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
✅ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities for clients.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, Content, Design, and Development to ensure seamless project execution.
✅ Prepare client reports, present performance updates, and recommend strategic improvements.
✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
✔️ Proven experience managing Account Managers, marketing teams, and multiple client accounts.
✔️ Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies.
✔️ Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Experience working with international clients and managing long-term client relationships.
✔️ Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
