Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer proficient in Next.js, Strapi, React.js, Tailwind and TypeScript to join our dynamic team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features that will set us apart from other agencies
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Utilize Strapi CMS for content management and customization.
- Implement custom APIs in Strapi to support various application functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Next.js fundamentals, including SSR, CSR, and static site generation.
- Strong knowledge of Strapi CMS and experience working with Strapi V5 APIs.
- Ability to create custom APIs in Strapi to meet project requirements.
- Solid understanding of React.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS, Javascript ES6 and up (CSS, SCSS and CSS3)
- Proficient understanding of GSAP or any similar animation library
- Passionate about website animations (transitions, scroll effects, etc.)
- Passionate about usability, user experience, beauty and elegance of UI’s
- Very good knowledge of responsive design
- Pixel-perfect design-to-development conversion
- A good understanding of WebGL, Three.js, and Canvas is a plus
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. REST API and/or GraphQL
- Fluent in English, Solution-driven
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the work will adhere to them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Next.js fundamentals, Strapi CMS,static site generation.
