Senior Full Stack Developer Male (Onsite) – Intellectual Works
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong command over the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with hands-on experience in Remix. Experience in the FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Remix, and Node.js
Architect clean, scalable, and efficient solutions following best industry practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack
Work on integrations, APIs, and backend services to support frontend functionalities
Improve application performance, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Stay updated with modern tools, libraries, and frameworks in the MERN ecosystem
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong expertise in the MERN stack:
MongoDB
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Hands-on experience with Remix for modern, server-rendered applications
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture
Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
Ability to write secure, modular, and scalable code
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in FinTech or financial systems is a plus
