🎯 Your Responsibilities:
Lead and design graphics for social media, ads, web, and branding
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create high-performing visuals
Ensure consistency across all brand visuals
Design reels, thumbnails, carousels, and marketing materials
Translate creative briefs into powerful visual concepts
Keep up with trends in design, branding, and marketing
Guide junior designers or interns when needed
✅ You Must Have:
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
A strong portfolio (social media, ads, branding, web)
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva, Figma, or other visual tools
Ability to design fast while maintaining high quality
Understanding of social media formats, aesthetics, and attention-grabbing design
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design that sells
✨ Bonus If You Know:
Video editing or motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere)
Branding & UI design experience
Experience working with marketing agencies or content creators
