We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Manager to lead our IT operations while taking ownership of our Odoo ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities• Lead IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity amp; user support• Manage and optimize Odoo ERP, workflows, modules amp; access controls• Handle ERP customization, integrations, upgrades amp; troubleshooting• Drive automation and business process improvement• Manage IT vendors, licenses, procurement amp; technology projects• Lead IT staff and ensure effective service delivery
Requirements• Bachelors/Masters in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience with managerial responsibility• Strong hands-on Odoo experience is mandatory• Experience with Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Payroll, CRM or Manufacturing preferred• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, cybersecurity and ERP implementation skills
