Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer - Karachi

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who is passionate about building reliable and efficient IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve high-severity incidents and provide advanced technical support for a global user base.
Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline support workflows.
Manage and administer a mixed environment of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance to junior support engineers.
Uphold and improve ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
3 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT support or systems engineering.
Proven expertise in managing Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
Strong experience with endpoint management solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune, SCCM) and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Certifications: CompTIA A+ & Network+, ITIL Foundation v4.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, or ITIL Managing Professional.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (with strong potential for renewal based on performance)

Work Schedule: This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support our 24/7 global operations. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
