We are urgently hiring a FinTech professional with strong Java expertise and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to financial technology systems, payment platforms, or digital banking environments, with the capability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Design, develop, and maintain FinTech applications and backend services using Java.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices (Spring Boot preferred).
• Integrate payment gateways, banking APIs, wallets, and third-party financial systems.
• Manage transaction processing, reconciliation modules, and financial data workflows.
• Ensure compliance with financial security standards (PCI-DSS, encryption, secure coding).
• Monitor system performance and implement scalability enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical input on architecture and system improvements.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 3–5 years of experience in Java development within the FinTech domain.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate preferred).
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of payment systems, digital wallets, lending platforms, or banking integrations.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of security best practices in financial applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working on high-transaction financial systems.
• Exposure to blockchain or digital asset platforms (plus).
