Role Overview:
🔹 Lead and mentor Java development teams
🔹 Design and deploy enterprise applications (Jakarta EE, Spring Boot)
🔹 Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance
🔹 Work with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
🔹 Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams
🔹 Advocate for AI-driven tools and automation
Required Skills:
✔ 8+ years of experience in Java & related technologies
✔ 5+ years in a leadership role (mentoring teams, driving initiatives)
✔ Expertise in Java, OOP, design patterns
✔ Experience with MS SQL Server, Hibernate, Git, CI/CD pipelines
✔ Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular) is a plus
✔ Strong problem-solving & communication skills
