We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer – Team Lead who can lead from the front, take ownership of projects, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
🔑 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
MongoDB – schema design, optimization & performance tuning
Express.js – RESTful APIs, middleware, security best practices
React.js – advanced component architecture, hooks, state management
Node.js – scalable backend development & API integrations
Strong experience with JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
Team leadership: task assignment, code reviews, mentoring developers
Hands-on experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab
Understanding of system architecture & database design
Ability to communicate with clients, understand requirements & close technical discussions
Problem-solving mindset with clean, maintainable code practices
