Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Next.js Developer to join our team on a night shift schedule. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web applications using Next.js and related technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, has a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and can work efficiently during night hours. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code, perform code reviews, and maintain best practices in software development.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance application performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient resource utilization.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance development processes.
- Night Shift Responsibilities: Effectively manage tasks and communicate with team members during the night shift. Could you make sure alignment with global or day-shift teams as required?
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:3-5 years of hands-on experience with Next.js.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development tools.
- Experience with state management libraries and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a global or distributed team.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Bonus: Experience with Node.js.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
