AuctionNow is looking for a Senior React Native Specialist with 4+ years of professional production experience. Retail/marketplace experience and backend familiarity will be considered additional advantages.
We are looking for a React Native specialist who can build, optimize, maintain, and scale production-grade mobile applications across both iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development
• Strong hands-on experience building production-grade cross-platform mobile applications
• Extensive experience developing for both iOS and Android using React Native
• Strong understanding of React Native architecture, navigation, state management, reusable components, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, deep linking, local storage, and third-party SDKs
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience within React Native projects
• Experience debugging, optimizing, maintaining, and scaling React Native applications
• Experience with Git/GitHub and mobile application release workflows
• Experience publishing applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Retail / Marketplace Experience — Plus
• Experience working on retail, e-commerce, or marketplace applications will be a strong advantage
• Familiarity with product catalogs, search, checkout, payments, orders, buyer/seller workflows, notifications, chat, and other marketplace features is a plus
Backend Familiarity — Plus
• Basic to intermediate understanding of backend development and APIs
• Familiarity with databases, REST APIs, authentication, and WebSockets
• Experience troubleshooting API/backend integration issues from the mobile side
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
