Senior Ruby On Rails Developer

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Ruby on Rails applications.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions to enhance system performance.
Mentor and guide developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Ruby on Rails. Requirements
Five or more years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
Expertise in MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, or Vue.js is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is a bonus.
Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced development environment. Technical Skills
Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application security.
Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
