We are Hiring Senior SQA Engineer!
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer yieldWerx Semiconductor to join our team. This hybrid role involves both manual and automation testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams, contribute to test strategy, and drive automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and desktop applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, SmartBear TestComplete, or similar.
- Report and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA) and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and QA leads to review requirements and define test strategies.
- Optimize QA processes and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in QA (manual and automation).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
