Tekboox US base IT company looking to hire skilled and experienced 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 to provide advanced technical support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT systems, networking, security, and backup infrastructure, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and supporting continuous improvement.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve user issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction and empathy.
· Support and troubleshoot IT systems, including VOIP, PCs, office hardware, and remote user devices.
· Utilize a centralized ticketing system to manage, document, and communicate incident resolutions.
· Install, configure, and maintain workstations, telephony, video, and mobile hardware/software.
· Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.
· Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for effective knowledge sharing.
· Assist in process improvement initiatives to reduce support tickets and enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in Windows (Servers & Networking), Office 365, Microsoft Hyper-V, and MacOS/iOS.
· Experience with Cisco Meraki, Dell PowerEdge, Sophos XG Firewall, Ubiquiti UniFi, Veeam Backup, and Azure Administration.
· Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
· Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn new technologies quickly.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
· Experience with backup solutions and working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
·Certifications in VMware, Microsoft, Azure, CompTIA, or networking (e.g., Cisco, Sophos, Ubiquiti).
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent
experience.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
