Gamican Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining Android applications. He / She will work closely with our product development team to ensure that our mobile apps meet our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality Android applications that meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features.
· Write clean, maintainable code that is easy to read and understand.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
· Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Android development.
· Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production.
· Ensure that our Android applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
· Test and validate mobile apps to ensure they meet our quality standards.
· Document code, design, and architecture decisions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Android development.
· Solid understanding of the Android platform, including the SDK, Android Studio, and Java / Kotlin programming languages.
· Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web technologies.
· Knowledge of software design patterns, such as MVVM, MVC, and MVP.
· Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
