This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer & Shopify Developer located in Karächi. The Web Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers, debugging and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance for our clients' websites. In this client-facing role, you should be well-versed in the principles of Shopify & WooCommerce store development. You must have the desire to rise to the challenges, be innovative and truly care about quality.
Responsibilities:
* Designing and developing website's architecture as well as building new features and functionalities
* Develop and implement new themes and plugins
* Building the website front-end and conducting website performance tests
* Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors
* Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration
* Ensuring high-performance and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS
* Maintain well-documented and reusable code.
* PHP, larval, code igniter basic level.
Requirements:
* Minimum graduation.
* Proficiency using WordPress & Shopify.
* Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
* Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development.
* Developing custom Shopify themes.
* Expertise in Shopify 2.0.
* Expert in debugging and testing.
* You should be able to do Shopify custom-build, template modification, Installation, 3rd party integration app, etc.
* Extending shopify’s functionalities to next level using storefront API’S, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
* Transforming complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3
* Expert in Store cloning
* Knowledge to migrate stores from different platforms to shopify and bulk product uploading using csv files
* Integrate all the applications needed to get the store up and running with minimum supervision.
