Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance Xcentric’s digital presence across search engines.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content marketing and on-page optimization.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, structured data, crawlability).
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Lead and oversee off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building, guest posting, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Analyze and monitor SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate) using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and other SEO tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.
  • Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms (e.g., React, Next Js,) and custom development platforms to optimize SEO for online stores and custom-built websites.
  • Develop and execute local and international SEO strategies for clients across various industries.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in an SEO agency or software house managing multiple SEO projects.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or Digital Marketing Lead with a successful track record of improving search rankings.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Proficiency in technical SEO, including website audits, schema markup, and server-side optimizations.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the ability to collaborate with developers on website improvements.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Magento, and custom-built platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor an SEO team, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to convey SEO insights to stakeholders.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
