We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with a proven track record in organic growth, improving search visibility, and scaling website traffic. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and understands modern search ecosystems end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)
Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and SERP opportunity mapping
Manage on-site content optimization, meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking
Optimize site architecture, content taxonomy, and crawl efficiency
Technical SEO
Perform SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions
Ensure technical health: indexation, site speed, UX signals, Core Web Vitals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt
Lead CMS SEO best practices
Content & Keywords
Build keyword clusters and content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Guide writers on keyword-aligned content, pillar pages, and topic authority
Optimize existing content for improved ranking and engagement
Off-Page & Authority Building
Execute and monitor link-building campaigns (white-hat only)
Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency
Build digital PR, outreach, and partnerships to enhance domain authority
Analytics, Reporting & Tools
Monitor performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, etc.
Develop performance dashboards and monthly SEO reports
Track KPIs: keyword ranking, organic traffic, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement signals
Collaboration
Work closely with content, design, and development teams for aligned execution
Suggest UX improvements and CRO recommendations to enhance conversion funnel
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of Google algorithms
Experience with SEO automation & AI-assisted workflows (preferred)
Ability to handle multiple projects & deliver measurable growth
