A clothing brand in Lahore is looking for a motivated, responsible, and sales-oriented Shopify & E-commerce Store Manager to oversee daily online store operations and help drive e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify store and daily operations.
- Add and update products, prices, sizes, colors, and inventory.
- Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp and social media.
- Monitor sales, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Assist with Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve store performance.
Requirements
- Preferred 1–3 years of Shopify or e-commerce experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify store management.
- Clothing or fashion e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
