We are assisting MARUS Enterprises in hiring Junior SMM & Content Creators.
📌 Testing Phase (Before Final Selection)
Shortlisted candidates will receive 2 test projects (1–3 tasks each).
One visit to the office may be required (maximum 1–2 times).
Per project payout: PKR 20,000.
After successful testing → Permanent Offer: PKR 50,000/month (onsite).
👩 Female Candidate Requirements
Must be based in the same city (for shoots & office visits).
On-camera confidence
Content ideas + basic editing
Ability to deliver tasks on time
Understanding of SMM strategies & content planning
👨 Male Candidate Requirements
Same JD as above
Must be open to travel outside the city for shoots/events (accommodation + security provided)
📌 Key Responsibilities
Create Reels for branding & services
Shoot BTS, office life, events
Trend-based short-form content
Work with the digital marketing team
Must understand SMM + content planning
