We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager who can develop effective social media strategies and generate quality leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Generate quality leads through organic social media marketing and paid campaigns.
Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Identify target audiences and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports.
Improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with paid advertising and organic lead-generation strategies.
Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
Ability to generate quality leads and achieve marketing targets.
