Swotech PVT Ltd is looking for a Female Social Media Account Manager to join our team!
1. 2+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience).
2. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
3. Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
4. Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
5. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
6. Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
7. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
8. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
