📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
Manage and operate 100+ social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Conduct research to identify and connect with target audiences, communities, and potential leads.
Develop strategies to approach and engage people effectively.
Ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid account blocks or restrictions.
Create, schedule, and monitor content across multiple accounts.
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the team to design outreach campaigns and growth strategies.
📌 *Requirements:*
Bachelor graduate from HEC recognized university.
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp algorithms and policies.
Expertise in research and people-finding techniques.
