Social Media Assistant Manager

Job Description

Diamondsupermarket is looking to hire candidate for the position of Social Media Assistant Manager (Female) to support and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and scheduling content for Facebook & Instagram.
Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and basic promotional content.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report key insights.
Support the execution of online campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
Track platform performance and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
Stay updated with digital trends and recommend content ideas.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Basic content writing and caption drafting skills are a must.
Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in social media management or internships (preferred).
