Job Description

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and execute organic social media content plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative marketing, to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and integrate them into content plans.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Requirements:
     
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with 01-02 years of social media content creation experience.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media content plans that drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
    • Knowledge of social media analytics and measurement tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
