Hashone Digital Private Limited is hiring a 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞
𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Manage daily posting, scheduling, and profile optimization
-Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement
-Create short-form content, reels, and captions
-Generate creative campaign ideas using AI tools
-Collaborate with the team for campaigns
-Assist in running basic paid social media ads
-Monitor trends, audience behavior, and performance metrics
-Edit visuals and videos using Canva and CapCut
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-6–12 months of social media management experience
-Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest
-Understanding of insights, trends, and audience behavior
-Basic AI tools knowledge for content creation
-Strong creative and communication skills
-Basic Canva and CapCut editing skills
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms
