What you’ll do
• Plan a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (TikTok where relevant)
• Design scroll-stopping creatives: static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails
• Create and maintain brand kits & reusable templates; size/export assets for each platform
• Edit short videos/reels (cuts, captions, music, transitions)
• Write clear, on-brand captions; ensure visual + copy consistency
• Schedule & publish via Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn; maintain cadence
• Community management: reply to comments/DMs, route leads, uphold response SLAs
• Run basic paid boosts/ads: audiences, budgets, UTM tracking, simple A/B tests
• Weekly/Monthly reporting: reach, engagement, saves, CTR, leads, and next steps
You bring
• 1–2 years in Social Media (strong fresh grads welcome) with hands-on design experience
• Portfolio of social designs (posts/carousels/reels covers) — link required
• Tools: Canva (expert), Adobe Ps/Ai (bonus Pr/AE), CapCut; Figma is a plus
• Good grasp of layout, typography, color theory, hierarchy, and file exports for web
• Strong English writing, attention to detail, and ownership
