Social Media Manager

Job Description

NWC Education Pakistan is seeking a talented and driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, running paid ad campaigns, and generating & nurturing leads for our study abroad programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand voice across social media platforms and supporting our student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat)
> Create engaging and informative content tailored to the education sector
> Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads)
> Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups
> Collaborate with counselors and other teams for campaigns and promotions
> Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and optimize performance
> Stay up to date with trends in study abroad industry

Requirements:
> Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media and ads management
> Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns
> Strong communication and content writing skills
> Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Excel
> Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
