Social Media Manager

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

1)Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the branding and business goals.
2)Create catchy, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, and reels) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
3)Manage and grow brand’s presence across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
4)Plan and execute monthly content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
5)Monitor analytics, track engagement, and generate reports to evaluate performance and ROI.
6)Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to maintain strong customer engagement.
7)Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to create event-specific or seasonal campaigns.
8)Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and viral content ideas to ensure maximum reach and impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience managing social media pages for a brand or a company.
