KDYS LAB (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a creative and result-driven 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to manage and grow our company and personal brand presence across multiple social media platforms. This role requires strong planning, content execution, and performance tracking skills.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Create, manage, and maintain a monthly content calendar for all social media platforms
• Research and plan daily, weekly, and campaign-based content in advance
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and business goals
• Schedule and publish posts consistently according to the content calendar
• Manage company and personal brand social media accounts
• Coordinate with the design team for posts, carousels, reels, and short videos
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
• Track post performance and optimize content based on insights
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Excellent content writing and captioning skills
• Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
