WE’RE HIRING - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Location: Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
We’re looking for a 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 who can independently take ownership of our social media and turn ideas into consistent growth.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
Build and execute social media strategies
Manage social media platforms independently
Plan and manage content calendars
Create strategies to increase page reach, engagement & traffic
Develop campaigns that bring the right audience to our pages
Monitor performance, insights and analytics
Identify trends and new growth opportunities
Coordinate with the content & creative team when needed
Take ownership of social media performance and continuously improve results
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
Strong understanding of social media strategy & marketing
Experience managing business/brand pages
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good understanding of organic growth, engagement and traffic generation
Creative mindset with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and planning skills
