🎯Responsibilities
➡Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
➡Develop social media campaigns
➡Develop educational & promotional content
➡Plan Monthly Social Media Calendar
➡Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
➡Update social media content across all channels
➡Engage with customers and followers
➡Follow the Brand Guidelines and Brand Voice of AceLocale
➡Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
➡Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
➡Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
🎯Skills and Qualifications
➡3 - 4 years Experience as a social media manager
➡Experience in creating social media strategies
➡Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
➡Excellent verbal and written communication skills
➡Organized and able to multitask
➡Able to learn new marketing automation tools such as Zoho
Preferred Qualifications
➡Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing, or a related field
➡Previous experience as a content manager
