Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Content Creation: Craft compelling and visually appealing content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience. You don't have to create anything yourself, you just have to lead our graphics team for this part.
- Content Writing: Develop engaging and informative social media posts, captions, and articles that resonate with our followers and attract new audiences.
- Community Engagement: Act as the voice of our brand by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries, concerns, and feedback through social media channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data presentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media content creation.
