This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager with a must have copywriting expierence . The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of all social media channels including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and optimization. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and produce captivating graphics, videos, and articles tailored specifically for Edgewood Management's diverse audience.
• Uphold the integrity and consistency of the company's brand and values across all content.
• Stay abreast of current social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Craft visually compelling and informative flyers for an array of company initiatives, both at the corporate and community levels.
• Liaise remotely with Edgewood's marketing team and other relevant departments to collate necessary information, ensuring the veracity of all promotional materials.
• Gain a thorough understanding of, and stay current with, fair housing rules and regulations.
• Ensure all created content complies with these standards, conducting rigorous reviews as necessary.
• Engage in remote training sessions and webinars to remain informed about regulatory updates.
• Regularly engage with the internal marketing team, contributing to content strategy brainstorming and execution during Edgewood’s hours of operation.
• Establish streamlined communication channels with the back office and other teams, ensuring timely project deliverables.
• Solicit feedback and content suggestions from community managers and other stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of all disseminated content.
• Leverage insights to refine content strategies and bolster audience engagement.
• Submit periodic performance reports to the internal marketing team.
