Job Description

The Social Media Community Handler will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization’s online community in a way that builds brand awareness and loyalty. We are looking for a talented individual who can handle our social media platforms and merge emailing to our audience. The ideal candidate will be able to respond promptly to all social media queries and responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Social Media Channels: Handle, post, and manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This involves creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing metrics to adjust strategy as needed.
Email Marketing: Merge emailing to our audience. This includes creating compelling email campaigns, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
Customer Engagement: Be responsive to all social media queries and responses. This involves monitoring all social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, and escalating any issues to the appropriate department or person.
Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging social media strategies. This includes creating and editing photos, videos, and text to ensure a consistent brand message.
Community Building: Foster a positive community by monitoring and moderating online discussions, and organizing and participating in events to build community and boost the organization’s brand awareness.
Analytics: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. This includes tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies. This includes attending educational conferences and reading industry publications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a community handler
Good verbal communication skills
Good Writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic
Knowledge of online marketing
Must Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
