Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyse social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads).
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends.
• Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
• Utilise SEO and content marketing strategies to improve social media reach and visibility.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, or a relevant field.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) if you have these skills, they will be highly appreciated
• Experience in running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with knowledge of Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
• Crisis management and reputation handling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
