We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist with expertise in creating, managing, and optimising social media campaigns to enhance engagement, reach, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and reels).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers for high-quality posts.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management.
- Keep up with industry trends, social media updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI, would be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in social media marketing, preferably in a digital agency.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and paid ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to craft compelling and visually appealing content.
- Understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
